Custom tower that's REALLY fast, Logitec wireless keyboard and mouse, HP flatscreen and printer, 120GB external hard-drive, basic stuff. Is this thread intended for gamers?:iono: I aren't no gamer...

Not even. Even from a professional standpoint, programmers along with many other kinds of people need such power. I for one used to be a huge overclocker and loved playing counter-strike. At one point I reached a stable 3.8ghz overclock, but just didn't want to risk anything.

Like I said in the post I was upto 3.8ghz, but I figured summer was coming. So I brought down the voltage and FSB and now only at 2.6ghz O/C. Still 10+ghz of processing power. This thing is still a beast! |

1st gen iMac duocore, and a 15" MacBook pro with duocore. No actual pics on hand since I'm on my iPhone in a hotel in whistler, but if you've seen one you've seen them all. Oh, I've also got a single core mac mini, but I hardly use that and is currently hooked up to my tv for the sole purpose of playing divx movies
