Leather Quality?

I just picked up my new 135i last week and must say that I am not all that impressed with the leather quality. My back seats are all baggy and pooched out looking. No one has even sat in them yet. Seems to be the the QC on these seats is all over the board. The car I looked at in the showroom had very nice looking leather that was very taunt. Wonder if there is a way to fix this. Would really like it if my back seat did not look all streached out.

I am almost positive that they will tell me that it is normal as they do on almost anything I bring up with the car. Overall customer service from BMW NA to the dealership is very lacking. I will bring it up with my dealer but will not keep my hopes up.

DEFINATELY not normal. I can put my fist into my leather seat, take it out, have the "baggy" leather, and not even 2 min. later it is tight again. Seriously, take it to the dealer and show them the showroom car. That has been sat in more than your car, I'm sure, and its seats are still tight.

If you have not gone back yet... maybe some of us can help.

Take some pictures and hopefully you can mark on them where the problem is. Then when everyone here looks at them, we can match the photos with our own. Then you have the proof, with zero chance of them saying it should be that way. I am sure 1addicts is probably over 500 billion cars now. With that many owners, and probably other people buying from your dealership, they will nto want to piss you off. I have met 2 others here who have purchased from the same dealership.
