M3 Fitment?

I know some people have run some lower offsets esp in the rear..but one of my buddies is getting rid of a pair of rims from his 05 M3 and Ive found a few othere I like..would it be still too wide? or has anyone gotten rims from a m3 to fit well?
Examples
Fronts: 245/35/19 19x8.5
Rears: 275/30/19 19x10

Fronts: 235/35/20 20x8.5
Rears: 275/30/20 20x10
