There's really no good fitment for that wheel in 19".

Per BBS USA:

Are there any 19" BBS Wheels that fit the 135i? If not, are there any in development? I'm specifically interested in the CH.

I’ll know more on Monday when our technical director gets back from Germany. Since it uses a higher offset than the 3 series, I’m
not sure what’s in the works at this time. Please check back with me next week.

I have BBS CH's on my hatch... and it works just fine! Ordered a coupe and planning on keeping them. I must say though, shaving off a couple of mm inside the wheel would be a better fit. The wheels slightly exit the fenders right now... Shaving off a couple of mm would also be better for the rubbing in the back when I carry people on the backseat. But that only happens when I drive over big bumps. Another option is to cut off the little edge on the inside of the fender, which I'm planning to do when my coupe is delivered...

Coupe should look like this:

I think the short answer is "no", but we'd all like to see it happen.

I'm quite convinced it'll work... Why would they fit my hatch and not fit a coupe?

But if to some people 'a good fit' means that the wheels will not stick out at all (not even 5mm) the answer indeed is no, they won't fit.

A Hartge 8x19 and 9x19 ET42 will be a better fit for example.

I did the calcs and the closest fit and they will poke 33mm in the front and 25mm in the rear. That's too much I think.

If you compare to the stock wheels, my calculations are:

front: 7.5 ET49 to 8.5 ET35: + 27mm further out than the stock ones
rear: 8.5 ET52 to 9.5 ET40: + 25mm further out than the stock ones

So I don't really see where you get the 33mm from :iono:

But we'll see when I get mine, just have to be patient I guess

Regardless, those sound like they will rub when the car is lowered.

What size tires are you going to use - that is how you design a car: from the tire in.

We just raced with 255/40x17 NT01s on 17x8.5 et38 BBS CHs on all 4 corners - we did have to roll the fenders, but our car is pretty low.

I agree... but since they fit my hatch (yes they poke a little, but I like it that way) I'm confident that it'll work on the coupe too. And if they rub, I'll just roll the arches out, I just love the wheels too much

Some pics of my hatch I shot today:

Not bad -

Here's another angle of our 135i with 255/40x17s on 17x8.5 et38 CHs

Got my car this week and put the CH's on...

I know it's not the correct offset, they stick out a little bit. But they did stick out on the hatch too and since the suspension's stiffer on my coupe I expect less problems with rubbing.

Well the car sits on M-tech suspension (which was an option on mine but comes with the M-package) so compared to stock 1 series suspension it's 15mm lower. I think the M-tech suspension is stock on the 135i but i'm not sure...

CH's do look good, got them on my R. But they really look like they poke a lot in the rear, and cant tell from the pictures what the front is like.

Do they stick out further than on the hatch? Looks like it to me.

They're about the same. The pics just don't show it right. At first I thought they would never fit but when I compared the two cars next to each other (cause i changed the wheels directly from the hatch to the coupe) it was the same.

I know they look a bit big in the pics and especially the first pic makes it look like they poke a lot but it's causing no problems when I drive...it also really depens on how much the suspension extends or retracts. The lower it goes, the more camber. When I drive off my driveway the wheel almost touches the arch and there's a lot more camber to they don't stick out anymore. (I hope you get what I mean, english is my 3rd language so...)
