tirerack configurator - disappointed

Is anyone a little disappointed about the wheel choices on the tirerack configurator? The only staggered 19" wheels are $1000 each; and staggered wheels make up about 1/10th of the wheels available. I know that 19's are the most popular sized wheel on E90 post, so I feel like we need more choices. A nice 19x8.5f and 19x9.5r (or 8"f and 9"r) with a decent lip size would be very popular. I was planning on doing the BBS LM reps from jlevisreetwerks until i went there the other day and they're not listed anymore. Has anybody found a decent inventory of staggered wheels for the 1 yet?

Don't blame the TireRack Configurator, Chris. Wheel and tire fitment for our 1-Series is a little strange compared to past BMWs. It may take wheel manufacturers some time to bring out the correct fitments.

I, too, am disappointed in the wheels that are available for the 135i. Disappointed and somewhat confused since this car for all intents as been available in Europe for 3-4 years. What have they been driving on?

On the other hand I'm not really upset because it gives me the opportunity to spend some money in different areas on the car...like the performance parts! Patience, Padwon.

Yeh I realize it will take time, I was just expecting a little more selection from TireRack since they're the place that many people order from.

Yeh I toyed with the idea of powdercoating the stock 18s and getting the AA Processor and UR downpipe (when it comes out) instead. Not sure though.
