Front Headrests?

Just wondered, are the front headrests folding in UK 1ers? I've seen a post on here from a US owner saying the front headrests only moved up and down, is this the same case for us here?
Cheers

It's not that they don't fold (like the UK rear headrests), the issue is that they don't tilt at all... they only adjust up and down. The headrests on my e90 adjust up and down, as well as allowing for the tilt angle. The e82 front headrests are monolithic blocks on two spears.
