Premium Wheel Locks
I've been checking out RAD premium wheel locks which many here seem to approve. I'd assume you need longer locks when using spacers.
10, 12, 15, 18mm spacers (RE). Most spacer sets come with the required lug bolts. I've never used spacers before. How much longer are the lug bolts. 10mm longer for 10mm spacers? The RE website references Mcgard locks but the required lengths don't directly correlate to the increases in spacer width (or do they?) RAD come in different lengths? http://www.rogueengineering.com/Merc...tegory_Code=WH edit: I forgot that if you only use spacers in the rear you have to buy 2 sets. 2 sets of 4. I guess you could find someone with similar setup or use 2 identical locks per wheel. no thanks. Last edited by kevE90; 06-02-2006 at 09:56 AM.. |
