what do those front struts do under the hood besides make it look good? lol noob question

makes your car more stable as it corners. since the bar tightens the two towers above your front suspensions. i am looking for one myself, so if anyone has one for sale, let me know.

Does not reduce body roll or for that matter impact greatly on body flex. It is there to prevent the strut towers from moving relative to each other so tends to keep camber more constant and hence the tracking of the front wheels more consistent. With a solidly built car like a BMW you would really only benefit from one at higher cornering loads.

Isn't he asking about a strut top tower brace, or is this something else?
