How do these attach to the stock metal pedals? Do they screw on, and if so, won't the constant pressure on the CF pedals begin to wear on the holes? Won't the CF be prone to crack eventually?

no, i have some customer with CF pedals, on their M3 for like 3-4 yrs with no problem.

its required drilling, same way that you install the OEM alu pedals

How are you going to install a diffuser on a stock bumper? You have to go full aftermarket bumper for that.
