needle on fuel gauge acting funny?
here and there when i start my car i have noticed the needle on the fuel gauge will flicker and point to empty for a few seconds then shoot to how much fuel is really in the car. could this be a problem? has anyone had this happen? or something not to worry about?

jk. Sounds just like an electronic glitch. I would get it replaced under warranty by dealer.

I also noticed this problem and, after having it brought to the dealer, found there to be a TSB related to the problem. The fuel gauge will show the incorrect fuel level causing the gauge itself to read incorrectly.
A simple "wiping out of the codes" brought everything back in line for me ......... this had been going on for me last Fall so "cold weather" didn't seem to be a factor in my case. |
