Sold my M340i and have the carbon fiber rear spoiler that I had on it. It’s an aftermarket spoiler. Real carbon fiber and not the printed type. Live in the Atlanta area, but am up around Blue Ridge and Chattanooga often. Will also be traveling to Charlotte in the coming weeks.

I don’t have one from when I had it installed, these are from where I got them. It’s a replica of the one that comes on the M3.

It’s not OEM by any means. Aftermarket replica with real carbon fiber weave and not the printed stuff. I will try to look for the confirmation email, I don’t remember off the top of my head.
