Can 30g relay cause battery drain?

I am experiencing battery drain. Does anyone know if the 30g relay can cause battery drain if faulty. Sometimes my car will start and sometimes it won't. It also won't start with a jump sometimes.

It's been reported that the relay can stick due to corrosion. If you have reason to think it's at fault replace it. But there are many possible causes of battery drain, the most common being the instrument panel. You need to track it down. https://www.youcanic.com/bmw-increas...ery-discharge/
