[GA] What tires are you running?

As the title says, for my Georgian and North Floridian friends, what tires are you guys running?

Right now, my m4 came with the P Zero's. Honestly, no complaints from me as opposed to some negative experiences other's have had. The rain performance is... fine. I was wondering if you guys were planning to switch tires as winter comes in. I know for us winter is practically a non-issue, but that also means no one salts the roads. I still remember the few times we had frost and ice on the roads. I'm not gonna hoon the car during that climate regardless of tires, but I don't know how the P zero's hold up since they're summer tires.

So... what tires are you guys running now, and if they're summer performance are you at all concerned about potential ice?

South FL, so no winter issues, but despite my past experiences with Pirelli, these have been fine. Though, when the time comes, I will switch to Michelin.

Likewise, if the p zero's run fine this winter I'll switch to some michelin tires. The p4s' are roughly around the same price as the p zero's here at least. A set of Cup 2's run from $1500-1700 so not the worst if I really wanted to.

I got the Michelin's on mine and I don't plan on changing them out for winter. That said the M3 is the 3rd car so she doesn't get driven much and definitely won't be seeing any snowy days, but in the past I've had P Zeros on a few cars and they are great in any season in Georgia since don't really get a winter lol so I wouldn't worry too much! Do you have an x drive model? If so I would worry even less.

I do not haha! RWD + Summer tires didn't sound like a great time, but as much as I wish for snow in Georgia I'm glad we barely get any.

My M3 xDrive is on Michelin PS4S and I don't swap wheels for the "winter". I don't drive the M in rain, snow or ice but I do drive in freezing temperatures whereas the PS4S's are rated for over 40F, so I try to take it easy specially on my morning commute. Keep in mind braking performance gets impacted most so it's not just a RWD/AWD thing
