Mine is 4.5 years old. I have had the usual (and covered by extended warranty) grille opening issue. Toward the end of my fourth year of ownership one of my battery cells failed and BMW replaced the entire battery pack under warranty. At the same visit the dealership found that the auxilliary battery was depleted and replaced it, also under warranty. I have replaced my tires (I put on Driveguards). Other than routine maintenance, that is it for me.
