Hub problem
Hey guys, any insight would be appreciated. I got a set of DPE S-20 this summer. Yesterday i took them off to get my winter wheels on. Well they don't fit on the hub . Looks like they changed the hubs. So i look at both wheels and the DPE are almost a 1/4" bigger on the inside part that sits on the hub ( not sure what to call that part lol ) So i know they changed the hubs. I'm wondering why DPE didn't built those wheels the fit on the standard Hub. I've sent them a email to see what they have to say. Is it possible for me to buy new wheels that would fit on the bigger hubs? i need winter wheels

you should be able to buy some hubcentric rings so that the wheels will fit more snug. i needed to to do that for my old rear wheel set up. you can get them on ebay.

That's not the problem. The hubs are now too BIG for the winter wheels, a ring will only make them bigger, i need the hub to be smaller to make the winter rim fit.

So you haven't used your winters on this car before, right. Sounds like the hubs are to small on your winter wheels.

I had them on the car last winter. But when i got the DPE and the brembo installed, it looks like the put bigger hubs on the car, now the winter are too small.

did you check to see if the hubcentric rings that used to be on the wheel are now stuck to the hub?
that sounds like what happened. take a pic and post it
