PERFECT FLUSH SETUP? spacer recommendation please, PICS HERE!
Hey guys, this is my car as of now. I was talking to some of the forum members here and I've came up with 5mm on the front, and maybe 5mm will fit in the back w/o fender rolling? My question is: What size spacers do I need to obtain the most aggresive setup possible with or without fender rolling, recommendations, and will I need to be cautious when I'm driving? Here are some pictures. Specs are: SPP CSL Staggered 19" wheels, fronts are 19x8.5 with 35 offset, rears are 19x9.5 with 30 offset wrapped with Falken FK 452 235/35 265/30 tires, lowered on KW V2 Coilovers. Thanks in advanced, greatly appreciated!
*Special thanks to Darren for these awesome pictures*

^^ that is "Hellaa Flush"
I have 18x8.5 +32 and 18x9.5 +35 with 1 finger gap, no rubbing issues... Im going to try to fit a 10mm in the front and 12mm in the rear Going to Roll fenders... raise the front and rear 0.5 - 0.75 finger more incase it rubs... Hoping this works without having to raise the car too much

its because the design of the face/spokes on the wheels comes out all the way to the lip and is concaved, and the lip itself comes out a bit

I just put 12mm and 20mm spacers on my car.. i know, a bit extreme, but it looks
Fronts 19x8.5 +32 now +20!!! Rears 19x9.5 +42 now +22!!! It rubs once in a while in the rear when i go over big bumps (w/o fender rolling), but the front clear without rub! I have KWv2's as well, but my tires are 225 and 255, which may explain less rubbing.

try a 10mm spacer in rear. will look awesome. My car is on sports suspension with M3 offsets. looks AGGRESSIVE IMO. i dont want a drop. although it would look good with sports.

Saigon, I believe a 5mm spacer on the rear would give you that flushity flush aggressive look and not rub on your E92, which looks very clean BTW. I put 10mm spacers on the F and R and it looks really nice in person. Got the idea after Longtran ran the V710s in M3 fitment on a E90.
F ET35 + 10mm = Final ET25 235/35/19 R ET33 + 10mm = Final ET33 265/30/19 My shop did roll the fenders, not that I really think I needed it because I only have a mild drop. About 1.5 fingers clearance. Stock ZSP has closer to 2-2.5 finger clearance. I just checked my wife's E90 with ZSP. Never rub even with a full car. Now I was running a 15mm spacer = ET18 final offset, and I rubbed on major dips or when 4 people got in my car. When it was just my wife and I cruising around I didn't rub. It looked sick, but was too aggressive, and I was tired of rubbing. As many here have said, and I've learned a lot from some of the more experienced members, you can go super aggressive, but will have make it work by rolling, and adding bump stops among other things. For me I want to push the aggressive look as far as I can, but not rub when I two people and a truck full of luggage for road trip. Posted crap pics with the ET23 Rear offset. Pics here is only with the rear done, I've since done the fronts. I get a ton of stares and compliments on the set up. Sorry felt like writing tonight.
