E93 aftermarket wheels

I`m wondering between:

Mile Miglia EV-R

Dotz Mugello

Konig Unknown

Privat Netz

Which model wheels are more "strong", because the roads here are very bad.

Any impressions about this manufactures?

Thank you!

Personally don't like any of them much, but if I had to choose, I'd go with the Dotz

Ditto. I'm not familiar with the brand but they look the best of the one's you are choosing from.

iForged builds strong quality wheels that could last the test of time through the rough roads of Europe. Why not try these for an e93?

I recommended it to another member here and I think it'll look fantastic on an e93. Not too many members have those around here.

Considering the prices of the wheels you've been looking at, I think some of the wheels in our range may interest you... a few pictures to help you visualize

The vendors making their presence felt.

But from those choices, I would go with the Dotz Mugello.

Personally I would agree with going with the V710s for your car... The new colors Matte Black and Gunmetal look absolutely incredible, especially on our E92 M3. Just take a look at what we got and if you're curious on a set, feel free to send me a PM so I can send you some pricing on them

Hope that helps!

I've always loved the look of the Breyton Race GTS wheels.

Thank you for the suggestions.

It isn`t fair.

One wheel in USA costs 280$ in Europe it is 280 euro which is 360 dollars

My favorite for now is Breyton Race GTS Gun Metal

I have a problem

Which wheels are RunFlat compatible?

I haven't heard of a wheel that was (or wasn't) runflat compatible. The problem is usually finding a runflat tire to fit aftermarket wheels (larger diameter, wider and lower profile than stock). And if you do find the size you're looking for, they're very expensive. For e93 owners, we have to decide on runflats vs the possibility of being stranded if we experience a tire puncture or leak.

Some good news for you -- I just checked 280 euro and it's only $355 US now!

I sked breyton about runflat.

Their answer:

"no, we offer tire repair kit"

I would avoid going with runflats because they offer a much harsher ride and they cost an arm and a leg to replace.

I'd just get regular tires and your TPMS will tell you when they are low. You would usually have enough time to get the tire replaced, which would cost half as much as a run flat.

This is true. The only disadvantage is if you get a flat tire. Then you're stranded. And the repair kits that inject goo into the tire will generally ruin the TPM sensor.

From my experience flats generally happen because you have a nail in the tire or something of that sort. Then you have time go and get that tire replaced.

But here in Bulgaria this is normal. And our roads are very very bad.

Can someone explain me what is the difference between a normal wheel and a wheel compatible with runflat tires?

Breyton says that they are not compatible.
TireRack says that there is no problem to put a runflat tire.

I have found some info... runflat compatible wheels have a special ring.

All wheels are compatible with runflats. Runflats are just tires, nothing more. If you really want runflats you can run them sure if you want but it's more expensive and the ride sucks.

There are lots of E92s running V710s, so the fit should be identical and the look nearly so.
