Nice setup. Most winter sets aren't staggered for better snow performance, but it does look good.

I've been running a staggered setup in my 911 for the past 4 winters without any difficulty. I have been through a few snowstorms and have been happy with the results. Agreed the staggered setup isn't ideal, but 99% of the time there is no snow. Once the snow is high enough that you are plowing the snow, you're probably not going anywhere anyway.

I ran a staggered setup on OEM 189's with LM25's and the car did fine. I am now on 17X8 all around, waiting for the snow.

OP-LM25's are awesome!
