My RFT has a slow leak...can I slime it?

I posted this elsewhere, but I'm thinking I put it in the wrong place. My apologies for double posting....

Here's my situation.
I have a 2006 330xi with Continental RFT's. They have 36k miles on them, but even the dealer said I have at LEAST another 10k left on them...maybe even 20k.

I have a slow leak in one of my tires. Every 3-5 days (pending the weather/temps), I have to re-inflate the darn thing.

I took it to the BMW dealer, they say they 'plugged' it, but who knows what they really did, because 4 days later, here I am with a 20psi 'flat' RFT.

What do I do?
Should I put the green slime in it?
Do I have no choice but to get new tires?

ARGH! These runflats are a PITA!

I should add...I put my car up on our lift and didn't see a nail/puncture in the tire tread or sidewall.

Thanks in advance!

slime is a temp fix. it can and probably will throw the wheel out of balance. slime specifies a speed limit of 50mph and a distance of no more than 125 miles when used to fix a tire.

bring it to a real tire shop, and get it patched with a patch plug from the INSIDE, NOT plugged from the outside

+1 plug it from the inside.. but remember being plugged up doesnt mean that it will totally be fixed like new.. it will hold hold till it reopens again.. cause that is what happened to my friends RFT he plugged it from the inside then like three months later its leaking air again.. but good luck with everything.. my best bet is just get a new one and dont worry about it.. but then again new RFTs are expensive..

Forget the dealership, take it to Discount Tire. They will fix it free of charge. Had mine right rear done by them half a year ago, and never had a problem with it.
