M Sport LCI Diesel undertray E91

Hi all, fettling some jobs on the car. Can't make sense of the undertray, in particular if its meant to have an adapter 51758040109.

Is this applicable for all vehicles with my spec?

I also need a similar question answering. I'm doing the Msport front bumper retrofit on my E90 LCI and wanted to know if the undertray, adapter and wheel arch liners need changing?

My local dealer said the adapter is required, so bought it. Haven't been under the car to check yet
