Dynolicious setup

What should I put my setting for my sister's '08 328i sport
Automatic?
Drivetrain loss?
Rollout (speed tests): default is 2"?
Rollout (distance tests): default is 12"?
Trigger: .08g?

What do you think?

BTW... is it safe to rev to about 2500-3000 with foot on brake and then immediately let go of brake and floor it?
Sport mode? manual mode?

Put it in a spot that won't move at all, i.e. tape it down somewhere....calibrate it.

Hit start and you're good to go!

how should I launch this thing?

D/S, 2,000 RPM, then go?
M1, 2,000 RPM, then go?
Then I assume I am just going to press the DSC button once.
