Condensation in fog lights?

I noticed heavy condensation in my fog lights this morning. Is this normal?

I parked the car outside for the night (usually sits in a 'warm' garage). It was getting cooler here, just above freezing temperature. Fortuately, the condensation in the fog lights disappeared after turning them on for a while. I also did not see any condesation in my headlights.

Is this normal?

Thanks for the quick reply. Seems that I didn't blow my light bulb swap. (Insert obligatory light bulb joke here).

If those red rubber seals on the bulbs are intact then the housing should be sealed and no water should form....I'm not sure about BMW lights as I just got my E90 but in my VW the housings had no drains so when condensation collected, dust and dirt collected too and my lights thereafter looked like poop

UHH NO! This is NOT normal, IDK what these others are saying?!?! In my E46 I got water vapor in my headlights from the rain (yeah it rained here in So Cal) and the headlights shut off, just the one with the water in it. Those are electrical parts of the car, so if it's "normal" for electricity and water to mix then everything that I have learned about that is a LIE! Take the car to your dealership or shop wherever you take your car and tell them. When if happened to my E46 I took it in and they replaced it and then gave it a car wash and there was water in the damn light so I was like NO fix that ISH! So just have it checked out because if water is getting in there, and you are just gonna leave it you're asking for trouble.
