small screw rattle on drivers side exhaust??
On the drivers side exhaust, i heard a small rattle when i turned the car on and off. when i looked under the bumper, i noticed that there is a small screw on the drivers side exhaust - whenever i turn the car on or off this screw seems to rotate and create a bit of a rattle..
do you guys have an idea as to what this may be? thanks. |

yeah, i just took a pic.
the screw/nut/valve, whatever it is, i'm talking about is just behind the exhaust tip in the photo. sorry i dont have paint or photoshop or i would have circled it.... thanks for the help. |

exhaust flap
at the top of the exhaust is the actuator that rotates that. closes one pipe at low rpm to reduce exhaust noise. its closed on startup
