New owner...

Just picked up a 2009 Space Grey 335 Coupe w/ black interior.

Probably the biggest impulse buy I have ever made, but for some reason I started to get itch to buy a new car last Monday and drove her home today!

Options:

Premium
Sport w/ 19" wheels (well worth the extra grand.. they look incredible)
Auto w/ paddles (I know... )
HD radio
Heated seats
iPod adapter
Smartphone integration
Navigation (the new iDrive is really fantastic)

I came from a 2004 350z and a 2001 330i before that.. I should have never left BMW.

I'll try to get some pics tomorrow.

Sweet!!!

Should have held out for the full cold weather package for the heated steering wheel!!! Awesome on very cold days.

Oh...totally understand impulse buys. i took my 07 335 in for service and asked about the 09's. Did not see any on the lot. They told me that they had some hidden away on other dealers lot (not BMW) way in the back. Asked where so I could see the new E90 in person. They took me over. Love at first site. Came back the next day and had them prep it and took it out for a spin. I took it home that afternoon!!!!! Bought the first 09 at the dealership. Just had the alarm installed yesterday, and the navigation updated. Did not have my own neighborhood in it....
The only other mods I plan are: tint, split arm rest and the Stage 1 speakers from BSW (did not get the logic 7, and miss it).

I did love the 07....just not the seats and ride. I did not have the sports package.

This time I got everything that I wanted:

AW/Oyster
premium
sports
cold weather (love the heated steering wheel)
Nav (love the new i-drive)
iPod/USB
CA
Step

Was not aware that logic 7 did not come with the car. So... gotta upgrade those speakers at least.
So, now we have two AW's in the driveway!!!! Sweet. Hubs has the 08 550 with the M sports. great looking ride.

We'll I've wanted one since 07, but things just weren't lining up financially. With the 1.9% financing and a good chuck off MSRP, I decided 5 years of excrutiating payments for Carmen (I've never named a car, figure I should this time. The nav is named Kathy because I have a friend named Kathy who I never get along with...) was worth it.

I'll post pics after I get back from Thanksgiving dinner.
