Dealship scratched my Car, and now this....

So i took my car in 2 weeks ago for basic service. hey did all the stuff that had to be done and when i went back to pick it up i noticed a big scratch on the back panal of the passenger side. Im talking about a big huge scratch to where alot of the paint had been chipped. so i brought it to their notice and they told me to bring back next week and that they would take care of it. i took my car back the following Monday and they said they would take of and gave me the free rantal. they had car for about a week and i missed it greatly. so i got my car back yesterday and it looked great it looked better then new and the had detail me car also buttttttt i noticed something on the the side of the car.. no it wasnt a scratch but paint. yes paint it looks like they spilled silver matalic paint on the right of the car so now i gotta take it back so they can check it out again... man aint that a BItch

It's like going to the hospital. You want to avoid it at all costs. I hope you get things fixed up to your satisfaction.

That's unfortunate. Hopefully they'll bring everything back to original condition.

doh! sorry to hear that. hope you get your car back soon.

I don't see how this dealer "sucks." People aren't perfect. Things happens in the real world and sometimes its unavoidable. It definitely sucks that it happend to the OP, but it sounds like the dealership is doing their best to fix it, even though they messed it up twice. This could happen in any dealership. Now if that dealer tries to deny it, then ya, they would definitely suck.
