I have the Asymmetrics on my car. I'm going to do a full review soon.

Here's what I can tell you:
They do not tramline at all and are pretty quiet. They grip like CRAZY on the street and especially on the track. Treadwear seems to be pretty good so far. I only have 3 track days on the tires, but there is no real wear on the shoulder as I kept an eye on my tire pressures.
In the rain - forget about it - they RULE! It's litereally like driving in the dry. Even in standing water they are phenominal. They have got to be the best tire I've ever had on the rain.
At least you have one response for one of the tires you're considering.

I hope this doesn't get off the OP's question, but did you also look at the Michelin PS2s? I think I have narrowed my choices down between the Asymmetrics and PS2s. There is definately a price difference between the too as well. So if the Asymmetrics are about as good or the same, then it is an easier choice

Thanks for any input,
