YeeeeHa. Just off the phone with Dealer

Hi folks,
I am a BMW newbie.
I have been reading this forum for a while.
I ordered 328i in 10/18 and was monitoring the progress from
BMW web site, 800 number, from my CA update, google satalite map
of Bremerhaven Germany, Figaro ship schedule, google map for Port Huneme.
Well, they are not current but I see a lot of car picked few month before me.

Now my baby just got off the truck at dealership 20 minutes ago in NorCal.

Here is the spec.

2009 328i coupe
AW/CB
6 MT
logic 7
comfort access
sport package
ipod

Cars test drove before order:
IS350 auto (nice smooth but nah)
IS250 (no intention to drive)
G37 6MT (heavy clutch and heavy car. nah)
328i coupe both auto(a little slugish on first) and 6MT (awesome)
128i auto and 6MT (too small, sit high)
335i coupe 6MT (clutch a little to heavy for my taste and $$$$)
335i 4dr auto (more awesome, steptronics )

Pick up appointment is tomorrow 10:30 AM
This is my first BMW. What should I look for etc ?
I learned a lot from this forum and like to thanks for all
the information posted by a bunch of great folks.

Sorry here I go again
Anyone suggest a effective sleeping aid for tonight ?

That is exactly I want to do after few k miles break in. I was/am there with my
CBR and FJR couple of times. I also ride my bicycle all over the places like
HWY 9, skyline, 84, Tunitas, Alpine, HWY 1 etc. I am lucky to live near by.
If moderator allow I can post some of those two wheeler pics.

I almost pump my heart out few month ago when I ride up the summit from Santa Cruz for the Sequoia Century. I'd ask passenger to get off the car If I
do it with 328. I am looking forward to meet you guys from local group activities.

Congrats! I get my 335i serviced at Concord BMW, I think they're pretty good over there.

Have the financial issues been worked out? If not, it's always a good idea to bring a (financially conservative) buddy to help you maneuver that. Even if you do have a tentative agreement on price etc., you should still bring a friend to help you stay focused and to make sure they don't walk over you (they sell cars for a living - you don't).

Best.
