About Xenon angel eye

Hi, I just joined this web site and I dont know much about cars.
I have 325i with no xenon lights. they are just yellow ugly lamp lights
and I was wondering if it is possible to switch them to angel eye. I went to
BMW dealershop and this guy said it will cost about $1200 on each side.
You guys are experts and I know that you know what to do.
Please help me.
