popping sound after car is turned off and during idle

After driving, I've always heard a popping sound when I turn the engine/car off. However I just noticed the popping sound when the car is idling, is this normal?

I get that plus a small fan noise, pretty sure these are normal.

I hear the fans...but that doesn't sound like anything "popping"

T_T car going to splode!

If you are talking about the exhaust popping yeah that's normal. But if it's your engine I never heard anything like with mine

its pretty normal for the exhaust to make a little poping, because it heats down...
