Need some help with my 335!
Hello, I was driving up to see the PSU game last night and when I was trying to accelerate it jerked pretty bad, from then on i had great loss of power and when I tried to floor it the engine was barely reving, it was like struggling to go anywhere. At idle, I could even feel my car shake pretty bad. Didn't try to drive it yet, but I was wondering if anyone knows what the problem might be. IMO, it feels like a bad DV or a blown turbo. There was no CEL, the system check was ok and oil level was ok, but i'm sure a code has been stored. Also, I have no tune on my car, it is completely stock. Thanks in advance

Search for "HPFP" and you might find your answer.

thanks man, were you at the game saturday? cold as hell, couldn't feel my feet by the end of the game, but totally worth it
The car is fine now, started right up and drove normally. I'm still going to call the dealership and ask to look at it. |

Ten bucks says it's time for an HPFP replacement despite the fact that it's running fine. I had the same thing happen to me. Hey, at least it's free.
