Following 3 days in the crappy loaner I picked up my X3 and the following warranty work had been completed

Rear Mdifferential oil seals leaking
Significant wind noise at 60mph + sounded like from behind instrument cluster


On collection I only got the receipt for the MOT. I asked for the paperwork for the warranty work so I could see what took them 3 days and they refused. I explained that as diff leak was marked on MOT advisories section I wanted a copy to show it was done for future sale etc

Is this normal I thought you got a copy of the work completed, especially pi66ed off as wind noise the same as when it went it, car dirtier than when it went in and additional 45 miles on the clock

Lesson learnt new shiny dealership in Hampshire might look good but clearly that’s where it stops, I should have checked reviews first
