someone plzzz help

So I jst turned on my car and it said engine malfunction power reduced...now I wanna take it to the dealer because the service engine soon sign is also on now....but I do not have secondary cats also put the 4inch tips can the problem b from does mods also can bmw say anything that I took off the secondary cat?

Yes, cats should be installed back on. If I were a dealer I would deny your warranty and rightfully so. The 4 inch tips are probably ok, it's just cosmetic.

i no for a fact its not from the cats if their any other way i can reset the computer mayb by disconnecting the battery? or jst wait until service time because the car is running normal now

Put the cats back on, or they will blame the cats and anything that they can think of...stealerships, they have that name for a reason.

well i did wut everyone told me i put my secondary cats back on...and we found out that the reason the lights on is because the cylinders are miss firing is that common on these cars?

if i left the 4 inch tips on will they say anything about it?
