Water in boot plus washers.
Hi everyone, now that the wet weather is here I have noticed a problem and I am wondering if anyone else has it. My car is normally garaged but I have been away for a few days and it has rained. When opening a rain covered boot the water falls onto the back window then down into the boot getting things quite wet. Obviously this should not happen! Anyone else suffering from this. Also it appears that my screen washers have packed up. Again is this a common problem, Cheers, Gordy

Just a daft design re. the boot depending on how wet the car is. It's better than some cars ive had in the past but still not perfect.
Cant help on the washers I'm afraid. |

Re. Water in boot when opening-you can easily reshape the rubber boot seal by hand so that there is more of a gap between the rear window and boot. Water will have more chance to fall into the gap and drain off rather than into the boot
Re. Windscreen washers not working-can you hear the pumps working? Out of fluid? Nozzles blocked? |

I must add I have never had this happen with the previous 3 F90 M5's I've owned.
