Got a full tank for $32 - Wow

I have paid $75+ for a fill up just a few months back.

yesterday was the cheapest I have had till date for premium gas. It was a fill up for $32.

I am not looking at MPG till the prices are affordable!!

That makes me think.. would one really care to buy a hybrid at this time? If the only concern is MPG..

I wouldnt.. (at this time)

If I cared about how much fuel I were putting into my car I'd get a diesel. I'd never buy a hybrid.

I'm lovin the price of gas right now. I'm filling up on premium for < $40. Lovin' it.

Same here. Gas has gone down big time. I think it will hit the 1.99 mark

This is exactly why I was one of very few people that was absolutely happy with a close to $5/gallon prices. I wasn't happy where the profits were going but I was happy because people for the 1st time globally speaking started thinking about efficiency and low consumption. Gasoline is one of the most precious resourced we'll ever come across and if you have a choice to consume less you should take it. I wouldn't mind paying 5/gallon knowing that the $2.5 out of was going to a good cause. Go ahead call me a socialist

Totally agree.. This has been the first time people started thinking about gas prices and the whole market had started turning towards effenciency and need based approach.

At least everyone got exposed at least once to the severity of the issue.

But I am hoping that the prices dont come back up that fast.

Better yet - I wonder what those people who paid extra for a hybrid SUV are doing now.

I wonder if there are hypermilers who still draft behind tractor trailers to save gas.
why not? they're saving TONS more now!

LOL, a friend of mine was in a market for a Prius about 4 months ago. She wanted it not because of the efficiency (additional bonus) but she happen to really like the car. I told her not to get it then and wait until winter because the oil bubble was just temporary. I was talking to her yesterday and she was very happy that she took my advise, even though in her head the time she thought that I am just talking out of my butt.

I'm getting pissed that the gas prices dropped. Why? More traffic.

Yes, I spent less than $40 to fill up on 93, but these days, I'm constantly filling up more since there are more cars on the road now. More cars, more traffic, lower MPG and still more consumption.

The higher gas prices hurt my wallet a bit over the summer, but I was less stressed on the road than I am now.

who was that American auto maker that was guaranteeing gas at 2.99 a gallon for a couple years or they would pay the difference? Remember those commercials?

LOL, I bet the people that bought that brand to lock in the 2.99 are pissed.

You lucky American bastards!!!

We pay the equivalent of around $90 over here for a full tank, and thats only because fuel prices have been dropped recently
