that's not being a good friend on your friend's part. you were nice enough to take the blame for her.
btw, why did you take the blame for her? anyway, if they're your friends, they should pay for the damages. but i can see why they don't wanna pay. you basically screwed yourself. sorry.

man... she better be giving you sex and lots of it... 24/7 sex.... she better be cooking cleaning and basically saying, yes sir may I have another...
she should be saying... "where would you like to put it today? in my ass? or the usual?" if not.. then, you are stupid for taking the blame... |

one question so its a lease so like i really don't know how this works (the crash not the lease) whats the best choice
1. fix the car w. insurance 2. get a new lease (i was gonna trade in my lease for a tacoma soon also -__-) 3. replace everything broken w. mtech/euroheadlights and just buy the car. the cars pretty fucked headlight cracked front bumper just GONE maybe hood i odn't really know maybe axel broken 2 airbags deployed MY CUPHOLDER and yeah thats pretty much it. |

Next time take her to a wide open parking lot, less things to worry about.
Edit: Let your insurance handle it and see what they want to do first. Then you can worry about your options. |

that aint gonna work. He took the blame and it's on the police report.
What is he going to tell the judge? Falsifying a police report is also a crime. He's easily P whooped! Perhaps w/o getting P . Dude (OP), I can't believe you took the blame. I wouldn't do that for any one, but my parents if need be. You felt sorry for her and now they screwed you. I'd think twice about that family. BTW, your sentence structure sucks (sorry, had to say it. There are run on sentences that make your posts difficult to read - and it's every post). Not saying mine is any better, but I figure you should know . If I was in your situation, I'd tell the police to update the report (can you do that?) and tell them that I initially took the blame, but now a situation has come up that you want to come free.. Not sure if they think you're trying to shift the blame on someone else after the fact. You screwed yourself royally. Gary |

Screw her mom
Literaly. Get the be-atch pregnant. And then tell her mom to handle it like she handles everything else, and deny its yours.

Very sad, unfortunate story. But, you mishandled it completely. Why would anyone let someone drive their car without a license? I think the word is p@ssy whipped. It can happen to any of us when we think with the little head.

This is why we have car insurance.
How about this => Your car, you allowed an unlicensed driver behind the wheel, your responsibility, you deal with the consequences. Actually, saying that you were driving will help you in the end. I seriously doubt that your insurance company would cover the incident if they knew it was an unlicensed driver. |

The girl's mom is right - the OP is to blame. He shouldn't have let an unlicensed person drive his car. Clearly his fault. With that much damage, ins. is the the only way to go unless you are willing to shell out THOUSANDS yourself to fix it. You'll pay higher ins. rates as a result, but probably less in the long run than if you pay to have it fixed yourself. Lesson learned...
