You can find plenty of info here. SEARCH in wheels/tires to start. All I remember is that UPS wanted my first child to ship some parts.

Best, Cheapest, & Safest Way To Ship Rim & Tires? found in wheels/tires.

I would ship defnitley through FedEx because UPS does get pretty expensive, but it depends were your shipping to. If you plan on packaging them up yourself, ship them out in individually. So find yourself 4- 24'' x 24'' x 10"+ boxes and wrap each tire with foam sheeting, bubble wrap, and lastly wrap it up in plastic stretch wrap. If not then go to fedex or ups store and they should be able to help you out. Overall cheapest and safest way to ship out is to ship fedex, schedule pick-up or drop off at fedex and wrap them up yourself...hope this helps

FedEx Ground.

Buy 2x big TV boxes from U-haul. They're big enough to hold 2x wheels with tires mounted in each one. Put cardboard between the wheels and box, and also between wheels themselves. I shipped 4x wheels with tires from CA to TX for $140.
