Do the 320i and 330i share the same mechanical parts?

I have had my BMW 316i for nearly 6 years now and I am about to sell it and buy a 2016 330i with 40k miles on the clock. I know that the 320i and 330i have the same engine base (B48), but are the parts identical? I am mainly talking about mechanical engine parts like the spark plugs, ignition coils, oil & air filters, etc.

I am also curious as to whether they share the same brake pads & discs.

I tried researching about this and all I could find is performance and ECU comparisons.

Go to realOEM.com to look up parts. They show every car year and model that every part was used in.
