Entrynav like for like replacement but Navigation greyed out

I'm posting here just in case someone can help

I replaced the entrynav with a used entrynav from eBay, everything is working apart from navigation which dimmed out, I checked the vin on the radio , the "donor" is still there, I plug it directly to my car , I know that's not right way but there is no power with the emulator I bought, I'm currently using mmi for navigation. The old entrynav has navigation but I s6un and the replacement is 606, do I need to change this and the vin on the donor to mine

I've searched the forums, it looks like I need the change the head unit vin to my car and get fsc repair kit, is this the correct way and where can I get the repair kit

You will need to clean out all of the donor vehicle's FSC and load the ones from your repair kit using E-sys.

Tools 32 giving me error " net-0012: no connection "
I'm unable to clear fsc, doe anyone knows how to solve this, I've tried changing the ip using one I got from esys but no joy,

Ok this is the situation now, I managed to get tool32 working and cleared the entrynav fsc, but when I applied my fsc repair kit, it shows app I'd 223 accepted but Nav is still greyed out. I will appreciate any help please, what I'm doing wrong is something else I need to activate

Just got it working, Well sort of.
It is asking me for navigation activation code, is that in the certificate, I've seen some long numbers there

Success, got the code from the repair kit, all done and working, just need to update, I already have the update file from BMW
