2022 Allocation Secured

Working with my dealer on a build slot they have allocated me. 2022 Comp. They are giving me $4,300 off. Lease residual right now on 2022 with 10K miles is 59%. Considering what is going on this seems like a fair deal. I mean on my current 2019 M5 I got them down 14K but those were different times with oversupply as we all know. What are you guys with 2022's seeing for discounts if any? My MSRP on the build is $132K+.

Side note-Traded my wifes 2019 X5 40I M Sport today and cleared $21K off of it. WTF is going on with used car prices my goodness!

I got $7K (5%) off of my 22' M5C. MSRP is $142K w/o any port-installed accessories.

This deal was originally negotiated on a 21' M5C allocation but BMW denied the Request to modify the build to Individual forcing me to wait for the 22' M5C allocation; I already have a production # with the individual color approved.

Dealer honored my original deal which is a very good deal in this market.

Car's a week 30 build so guessing probably September; current 19' M5C lease ends in late September so timing may work out well.

I was able to get a tad more off so closer to 3.5%. I'm locking the deal because I want the car and the build slot. I'll also be able to sell my current 2019 and make some money so it's kind of balancing itself out.

I was just told that my accessorries won't be residualized since they won't be installed at the factory. I have never heard of this.

Port-installed accessories can be residualized. Currently, these are not available and if purchased via dealer can't be residualized and will probably carry some labor cost.

I don't have an offer yet but it's probably somewhere near that. My msrp was around 120K (non-comp) and I have 19K miles. Going to be interesting to see what some of us receive for our current cars. Let's keep informing each other!
