Been hooked on Hoonigan This vs That lately. I would love to see a full interior BMW own this race with a Starbucks in hand.

Sure I've seen it on one or more Car wow videos. Seem to recall launch control not working on it due to either power or eco changes

There's a few 1000 HP M5's from Evolve .. I think.. on Carwow and they did well and were super quick. I don't think any of them had trouble launching really. I think theyve had trouble launching stock M5s. In either case..that's not the G30 though. However, I am guessing that modded GTR would whip it.

There is a guy name Papadakis who had rebuilt a 2020 Toyota Supra engine to about 1.000 HP. The engine is essentially a BMW 6 cylinder B58. Here are links to a couple of his videos (final assembly and dyno run showing 1,009 HP); there are others available as well. No reason he couldn't build you a motor like it for your 540i. --Bob

I'm pretty sure the evolve m5 has upgraded clutch packs and a fully built engine (rods, pistons, etc), fuel system and turbos. Otherwise the engine, turbos and trans will suicide themselves with 1khp.
