I don't know what the specific differences are between them as N47N is just a variant of the N47 engine (i.e. N47 -> N47N -> N47T)...however that doesn't tell you what size engine it is as it could be a D16 or a D20...and the same block could be used on different models with different intakes/emissions control/fuel delivery systems/etc.
The 'D20' is just to identify the fuel (D = diesel / B = benzine/petrol) and size (2.0 litre) of that engine, so N47D16 would be the 1.6 litre. RealOEM says mine has a N47D20C, however it doesn't specify whether it's a older N47N or the newer N47TU - however a VIN decoder tells me it is the later N47TU which correlates with it being built a month before they changed to the B47. |
