E90 2005 loud wind noise above 30mph(50kph)and water inside after a wash

Loud wind noise and when it rains or when i wash my car there's water (see the
attached image) and that's why my door is rusted because the water never dries out if I don't clean it with a towel or something.

It's outside of the main door seal, mine also gets wet there after a rain or wash.

When driving wind noise is quite bad if window is open.

You have a hole or something in the car that makes the loud wind noise.

The side skirts collect lots of dirt and it's very humid there, unless you clean it yearly. Worth to take a look if rust is coming from inside.
