What In The Hell is This?

Headlight isn't even a year old (headlight was replaced in Feb. 2020) and the car is still under factory warranty.

Has the car been detailed?

A sloppy detailer who didn't tape off the lights before polishing might have hit the lens with the polisher and removed some of the UV coating on the light.

I think he's circled what appears to be some haze or scuff marks.

Does it appear to be on the inside or the outside of the lens?

Is it condensation in the light housing, and then ice after it's cold? Visually that's what it looks like it could be to me... If so I would be contacting the people who redid your bumper.

Yeah, that's condensation in the headlight.....but this headlight was replaced last Feb. by the dealership. The original picture I contacted the body shop about and they said the headlights aren't put back in until the polishing is done.
