Rear side pop in low turn

Hello,after change transfer case,when i turn wheel full left or right and try to move forward or backward,rear driveshaft is poping,like they are bocked,anybody have this issue?
On higher speed doesn t make anything,just in slow speed and in full turn

I would suspect that the transfer case is not properly disingaging during tight turns.

Did you perform are-calibration of the adaptation settings?

This type of issue is also very frequently linked to staggered or unmatched tyres. Are they all the same with the same wear?
