Over the past few week my car has developed a rattle which appears be coming from behind the speed binnacle. It's like as if a piece of plastic has come loose and on a rough road service flaps.

I know it's next to impossible to fully describe this, and the conclusion is invariably unique, but just on the off-chance I wondered if a similar situation had arisen elsewhere. I already tried banging the dash (it's solid :-) and removing the coin tray and using a flexible stethocamera had a poke around but nothing appears to be the cause.
