I saw it at the NYIAS. It looked nice, but the build quality is sucky! Part of the door handle came off in my hand. Normally, I would think it was due to the ham fisted losers at the show, but this was on the day before it opened to the public.

I thought it was strange that the car was set up right next to the Aston Martin display, seeing there are definite resemblances.

It's just an uglier, cheaper V8 Vantage.

that's awesome

i had never sat in a jag before, so at the recent car show i went and messed around with a few of them.. i was appaulled at the quality. in two of the cars, the door handle felt like it was going to snap off (very wobbly and loose) and a few other controls were not quite confidence inspiring.

i remember watching the jag ads a few months ago, and they offered a very fleeting, almost mysterious flash of this car. i was totally impressed.

now that i see the whole thing, i'm even more impressed. i think this is a gorgeous car.

maybe this will be my next car, and not the Maserati quattaporche (sp??), as I have planned.

I think it's a beautiful car. Jaguars never appealed to me, but this one's very sharp, I think. It IS, however, a Jaguar and I'm afraid that beauty will be only skin-deep.

The front and the grill look just like a ford taurus. I hate the front and luv the rear.

Last week I saw a black one with 20" alloys at the carwash here. The front and rear are far less Hyundai-ish than I thought IRL. Beautiful proportions imho.

I recently saw the new XK at the NY Auto Show. I must admit, it is a very nice looking car. I walked all the way around the car and was impressed until I got to the front. From the sides and the rear, it almost reminds me of an Aston Martin, but when I got to the front it looked more like a Ford Taurus.

Take a look below:
