Sat Nav and CD radio

I just configured my spec on the bmw website, and it mentioned that if I select Sat Nav business it deleted the standard BWM Cd radio. If that;'s the case, what CD-radio is included or is it not? Hmmm... confused on this one. can anyone help? Cheers Andy
