M340i good deal?

Just in case the other one falls through... What IS classed as a good deal on the new M340i's? Considering the F30 335D / 340i was on finance around £350.00 / 375.00 a month with a 3K deposit..

Halliwell Jones / Peter Vardy are doing them for £569.00 / £569.00 let's say I put that 3K in again (I can go higher but just as an example) you're probably looking around £500.00 a month. That doesn't include options, road tax or anything really.

C2C has quoted me 43.5K w/ M-Tech Pack and Technology pack. It also includes RFL for a year, not sure what the finance figures are yet. That's roughly about the same OTR as my 335D but I'm sure it'll come out far more expensive with the G20.

Apart from that there doesn't seem to be that many offers, so I'd like to ask what is a good finance deal on an M340i?

Are you sure the 340i was ever as low as that? Must have been poverty spec.

Yup, all offers are based on base spec usually.. Then you'd take the base cost and add at least 4K to the deposit in extras, I suppose the M340i does come with far more kit as standard but there's still quite an eye watering difference. As cars are getting more expensive anyway nowadays not much one can do about it but find the best offer.

I don't think you will get G20 320d Msport for that money, £450 more less and £100 on top if you thinking about 340i or 340d

because GFV is better on x4 40i i saw offer from specialistcars bmw, apr 2.9% £599 and £599 including technology pack and sun protection glass

Of course I understand it's going to be more expensive, for a start 2.9% doesn't seem achievable any more. Secondly the G20 has far more standard kit, I've not found prices anywhere that leads me to believe I could come anywhere close.

Simply wondering what is a good deal on an M340i? I'm very much running out of options at this point so I might have to suck it up..

Wait 12 months get a pre reg or auc at a more realistic price. Take the dealer finance to get the best price and refinance with your bank. I do this with all my cars and I'm never under pressure to find the best deal due to a pcp running out as the finance pays the entire car off.

Wrong time of the year as well, around Xmas / end of tax year was usually best and I got nearly 12k off a 335d on 2.9%. Issue is as you specified both my leases came up around the same time so waiting isn’t an option.

Got a great deal on a G20 330i which my partners using for the moment, the M340i is just too much to bite off for a car I’m not all that bothered about and delivery isn’t available until Nov / Dec.. I might get one later.

Thanks everyone for their input.

Talking about pre-reg, in Dick Lovett Swindon last week for service and they had an i8 convertible 20 plate pre-reg on display. List £129,000, yours for £83,000 - £46,000 off!!!

If it was £83k off, I would still not want one.

The most hideous car on the road. Why anyone would buy one over a 911 or R8 is beyond me.
