Spyder Black LED DRL Bar projector Headlights
Welp I done did it!
I just thew about 700 bucks out the window! Hope I picked the right ones for my car. Also got the Lumen H7XXHLC-RGB- App Controlled LED Conversion Kit (H7). I guess you can change the color with an app installed on my phone. Ill be the first one to admit I dont know what the hell Im doing with this cause there are so many options to choose from. Got them from Carid.com. My Car is 2014 328i with oem halogen headlights. Can anybody help to point me in the right direction that has experience with this? Thanks peps. |

Probably would have gone in the reverse order as you... ask for help, get info, THEN purchase but good luck. How hard could an LED conversion on a European sports car be right?

I'm not annoyed. If you want answers about lighting the place to ask is in the forum dedicated to lighting. That's where people who have done lighting mods are most likely to have posted them. Do I recommend what I've used? Of course. It only makes sense to recommend something I have personal experience with.
And yes, you should have looked before you leapt. |

All I asked was if anyone has used this product and their opinion of it.
I didn't ask to look thru a thousand posts and maybe... find something pertaining to them. And Billfitz I didn't ask for life lessons from you. (you should have looked before you leapt). Are you the moderator of this site? Do you own the site? |

I have something like that in my swimming pool, but I think "dazzling multi-color special effects" from your headlights will probably get you pulled over.

I've learned some things in my short year on these forums, if you act like an a-hole, you're going to get treated like an a-hole. Billfitz was only trying to help. If you need proof of this, look at his 4 digit appreciation numbers. Stop being a twat, good luck with the LEDs. looking forward to your extensive and detailed DIY so that we can better help the next forum member who purchases these.

Hey cool lights!
This exact topic and these specific lights have been discussed at nauseam in the lighting section. For the members who have been extremely helpful over the years like Billfitz, he's just trying to help direct you to the best place to have your question answered. Perhaps take a step back and relax a bit. FWIW, I had those lights and liked them quite a bit. Easy to install and looked great. |

Those light should have come with a wire harness.... if not then you have to cut the OEM wire and connect the LED connector.
Then you need to coding for LED so you don't get flicker and cause error. If this is HID then there the ballast to install. |

Hi,
How did the headlights turn out? They look sick from some pictures I've seen but I was wondering if you followed through with them. Any problems with condensation or with the LED DRLs? Im planning on purchasing a set as well but my main concern is having the LEDs die out. |
