Vent issue

Hey everyone,

I seem to have an issue with vents on the passenger side of my car.
The right sided vents blow much warmer air with AC on than the driver's side, even though they're on the same temperature setting.

I've read that this might be caused by low freon level in the AC, BUT when I turn the AC off the issue remains. When I turn the AC off and set the temperature to ~room temperature, the right vents blow much warmer air (and they blow it a lot weaker) than the driver's side, which blows colder air with full power.

Does anyone know what could cause this? It's seriously annoying. I've read some thing about some sort of valve that might need replacement but I'm not sure which part is it exactly and where its located.

I've recently replaced the entire blower motor because of it's wear and the "chirping" sounds it made and now this happened
